GETTING THERE...
If you`re flying from the UK, there are regular direct budget flights to Lamezia Terme (SUF) International airport from Stansted. There are also direct flights from Gatwick & Heathrow.

This summer Eurowings are commencing direct flights to Lamezia Terme (SUF) international airport from Manchester.
Lamezia International Airport is also accessible via Pisa (Galileo), Milan (Bergamo), Linate & Malpensa, Venice, (Marco Polo, Treviso), Rome (Fumicino-Leonardo da Vinci), Naples plus Bologna and Moderna. A stop off at any of these destinations is well wortwhile and can be an exciting addition to your holiday.
Another way of completing your journey is by train. Train journeys in Italy are far more efficient than in the UK and much better value! A good example, would be to fly to Naples from most northern airports and take the train down through the Amalfi coast and view some of the most magnificent scenery whilst enroute to Lamezia.
You can also fly into any of the above airports, hire a car and complete your journey by road. (Fly to Naples, pick up a hire care and drive through the beautiful Amalfi coast via Sorrento, Positano, Ravello, Salerno etc. You may even want to take a trip across the water to the infamous Isle of Capri.
A great alternative, is to fly to Catania (Sicily) which accessible from most UK airports and is only an hours drive to the port of Messina followed by another 30 minutes ferry crossing to Villa San Giovanni and under an hours drive to our apartment in Joppolo. Please allow yourself enough time to take in the wonderful Sicilian landscape and if your schedule doesn`t allow, make sure that you find time on your return journey, you will not be disappointed.
